Diva Las Vegas is an annual social event for the members of the transgender community, including partners, friends, and guests. As the name implies, this event happens in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
Diva Las Vegas (DLV) is often called "a vacation, not a convention" as the activities are mostly social, cultural, participatory, and recreational in nature.
Diva Las Vegas has very little formal structure. The activities are independently planned by the volunteers and each activity is self-supporting and there is no registration or participation fee.
Wanda and Susan, along with a few of the CHIC members, attended the 2018, 2019 and 2021 event. We stayed at the Harrah's Hotel and Casino and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Las Vegas!
The first event we went to was Rupaul's Drag Race.
One of the members of the audience was celebrating his 21st birthday with his mother. They were avid fans of Ru Paul. He got to go on stage and interact with the performers. A dream come true! It turns out that they were sitting right next to Kimberly and Susie.
The next day we went to lunch at the Mexican Restaurant in the Flamingo.
For dinner we went to Giada De Laurentiis with our CHIC friends.
On Saturday night there was a joint costume party with Viva Wildside. Susan relaxing in the hotel while Wanda was getting ready.

On Halloween night we went to the Fremont Street Experience. The street was packed from one end to the other with plenty of entertainment.
